Kim Richards is the founder and CEO of Caring for Mama, a social enterprise building a culture of care through thoughtfully curated care packages and community partnerships that support caregivers through major life transitions. With more than 20 years of experience spanning public relations, education, nonprofit partnerships, and maternal wellness advocacy, Kim’s work focuses on making care more visible, tangible, and sustainable for modern families. She also serves as Community Partnerships Chair for Postpartum Health Alliance and writes about caregiving, wellbeing, and the evolving care economy through a grounded, real-life lens shaped by her own experience in the sandwich generation.
